Service Improvement

Service improvement is really important to me, I  am always looking for ways to get better results for my clients, I take with me to all my jobs, a small notebook to record sizes, designs, ideas etc. This helps me remember a project when it comes to estimations, but I just discovered a great design tool which will improve my drawings – I just might change my notebook for one of these…. Design book

This neat systems allows you to draw up a project with a sheet covered in tiny raised pyramids underneath your drawing page. These raised pyramids guides your pen or pencil in straight lines or 45 degrees. It makes the production of neat designs a piece of cake. (Go to the website for a demo, it will make more sense!)

I am always looking for ways to improve my service to my customers, adding items like this design tool is a small change that should make a big difference to the quality of my work. Getting the design right and in a format that I can quickly show you helps me understand your vision and helps you to see how your idea will look when I have finished.

It will be so useful for my next bespoke wardrobe project, I think it is defo something to go onto my Christmas list……
